If you’re pre-retirement, we help manage your outside assets by reviewing work plans with you and running snapshots of investment options. Using Risk Profile and Financial Goals questionnaires, we build individualized portfolio allocations just for you, suited to your needs and risk level. We don’t utilize any third party asset managers, which allows us full customization and you, a say in your investments.

FEE BASED MANAGEMENT: Rather than charge commissions or hourly/meeting fees, our costs are based on your Household Account Value. This annual fee ranges from .25% to 1.25% per year, charged quarterly. Fees are deducted from your investment accounts directly, so you don’t have to worry about sending payments. All deducted fees are shown prominently on your normal quarterly financial statements and included on all performance reports. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our work, our agreements allow you to leave at any time. If this happens, your prorated fee for that quarter is refunded.

INCOME TAX PLANNING: An added bonus! As a fee-based client, you also get the option of income tax review. A sweet convenience and significant savings on accounting fees (or your own time and hair-pulling). Oftentimes, accountants are too busy during the tax season to sit down with you to go over the details and map out tax saving plans and strategies. Reviewing your return helps you, but it also allows us to get a greater understanding of your full financial picture. You also have an option for income tax preparation (additional cost may apply). Preparing your tax returns furthers our ability to give more specific, personalized advice as years go by.

Our asset management fee covers all our services. As a client we reach out to you a minimum of three times yearly to check in, review accounts and your current finances. We help you identify the need for any proactive changes, given the current market and your personal finances. The requirement is only once a year, but we find that situations change often and with that, your goals and risk tolerance do too. Staying proactive we learn of changes quickly and help you adapt as needed and optimize decisions. You get unlimited access to us and can reach out any time with questions or advice. If you’d like to come in for a meeting, you’ll get scheduled right away, typically within the week.

GOALS-BASED APPROACH: Clients feel a stronger sense of accomplishment with specific money goals. With that in mind, we place a strong emphasis on identifying yours and mentally assigning these goals to your accounts.
